Terms of Service
Last updated: October 22, 2026. By using Measurely (“the site”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the calculators.
Free use of the calculators
All calculators on Measurely are free for personal and commercial project planning — estimating materials for your own build, quoting a client, or teaching a class. You may link to our tools and share results freely.
Estimates, not advice
Calculator results are planning estimates provided for general information only. They are not engineering, architectural, legal, or financial advice, and they do not replace a licensed professional’s judgment or your local building codes. See the disclaimer for the full statement.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape the site aggressively or attempt to disrupt its operation.
- Misrepresent calculator outputs as certified or professional work.
- Copy substantial portions of the site’s content and republish them as your own.
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
The site’s design, text, and calculator implementations are owned by Measurely and protected by applicable law. The underlying math — formulas for area, volume, and material quantities — is public-domain arithmetic; our expression of it is not.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Measurely is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, calculator results — including over- or under-ordered materials, project delays, or code violations. Your use of any result is at your own risk.
Changes
We may update these terms as the site grows (for example when new tool categories launch). Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
