Pricing Calculators

Six pricing fundamentals every seller needs: reverse-engineer prices from target margins, separate margin from markup, find break-even, price discounts and wholesale tiers.

Pricing FAQs

Both, but never interchangeably. Margin is profit ÷ price (what you keep per dollar sold); markup is profit ÷ cost (how much you added). A $20 cost sold at $30 is a 50% markup but a 33.3% margin. Retailers usually think in margin; the calculators keep both visible so you stop mixing them up.

Start from your retail price and your required per-unit margin at volume, then check the wholesale discount still covers costs plus a thinner — but real — profit. The wholesale pricing calculator runs this with your numbers, including the volume that makes thin margins worthwhile.
